Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also be returned within 5 days of delivery.


Returns Process:

1. Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Our team will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.

3. Pack the item securely, including any accessories, documentation, and proof of purchase.


Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (incorrect item received, damaged item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure it arrives safely.


Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days.


Exchanges:
